How much do you charge for the shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Can I cancel my order?

If an order has already been send out to you, we won't be able to cancel it anymore. To cancel an order, simply send us an email at info@bushlandboutique.com, it is as simple as that.

How can I return an item, if I am not happy with it?

Simply contact us at info@bushlandboutique.com and you will receive a more detailed information. You can return product within 30 days of receiving it.

What to do, if I receive a wrong product?

We apologize for this inconvenience, but we are just people and it can happen that we send you a wrong product by mistake or that it gets damaged on the way to you. If any of this happens, just take a photo of the problem and contact us at info@bushlandboutique.com and we will help you with it.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, just send us an email on info@bushlandboutique.com and let us know what item you want to exchange it for and we will help you with the whole process. Bear in mind that the same rules apply as if you were to return the item.
